The hotel is situated in a great location, right on the Grand Canal and close to the main areas of interest. The old world charm of the Palazzo is undeniable, especially for those who love historic buildings. Some rooms offer an amazing view of the surrounding area, which only adds to the charm. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay.
Although some facilities may need extra attention, such as a few areas looking tired, overall this hotel is well worth considering.

Perfect location with fine views. Despite a little trouble with the air conditioning, our junior suite was beautifully designed and comfortable. We enjoyed the great breakfast each morning and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We were blown away by the fine old-world charm of the hotel, situated right on the Grand Canal itself. The location could not be better, with easy access to restaurants and galleries, and just a short walk away from iconic landmarks.
